"Marina was an efficient, caring person working for Crown Care Non-Emergent Transportation. My Dad was in rehab and had to have round trip to Oakhill Hospital and back to rehab.She assured me she would be there to pick up my Dad, not only was she on time but she text me to let me know he was dropped off ok at hospital, and did the same when he was returned to rehab. She is a very warm and caring person. My Dad was in a bad place mentally having been in rehab so long, he said she was great and she lifted his spirits.Not to mention upon returning him to rehab asked if he was hungry knowing he had not eaten all day, she stopped and got him something to eat. Above and beyond the call of duty.I would use her service again and again. What an awesome overall experience and I had such comfort knowing my Dad was in good hands.
